The Group will contribute economically to collecting and delivering foodstuffs amounting to 200,000 meals* to people in need through the charitable organisations affiliated with Banco Alimentare
Cesena, 30 November 2022. The sharp rise in inflation is worsening the social and economic situation, with thousands of Italians at risk of slipping from relative to absolute poverty. In this context, Amadori has decided to donate funds to Banco Alimentare to recover food products equivalent to 200,000 meals*, which will go to people in difficulty throughout Italy.
In line with its social commitments in the field of CSR, which sees it involved in various ways in supporting the local communities in which its production chain operates, the Amadori group has decided to support the people who help and feed those in need every day.
This initiative stems from experience already gained in past years with Banco Alimentare. However, after being previously limited to Teramo, Cesena and Brescia, where some of the Group's main production sites are located, it went nationwide this year.
